Add-ons & modalities that layer into any session.

Hot stone, warm bamboo, cupping, percussion, and scraping, added wherever they actually help. Serving Dunbar, Uniontown, and Connellsville.

None of these are their own appointment type. They layer into your Essential Reset, Holistic Balance, or Ultimate Renewal session based on what your body needs that day, we decide together during your intake.

Hot Stone

Warmed stones relax the muscle before deeper work, or stand on their own for a slower, more relaxing session.

Warm Bamboo

Heated bamboo rolls through large muscle groups, hamstrings, glutes, low back, forearms, with steady compression that opens things up fast.

Cupping

Gentle suction that pulls fluid to the area, a relaxing alternative or companion to trigger point work. Not for everyone, ask about contraindications.

Massage Gun & Percussion

Percussive therapy and petrissage worked in at the end of most sessions, or booked as its own focused half hour.

Scraping

A friction technique for stubborn areas like the IT band or between the shoulder blades, included with your session at no extra charge.

Relaxation, Warmed Up

Hot Stone

Warmed stones relax tight muscle before deeper work begins, so the body opens up faster and the relief settles deeper. My style leans relaxing rather than intense, I use the heat to help you and the muscle ease open, not to dig in hard with the stones themselves.

Opens Large Muscle Fast

Warm Bamboo

Heated bamboo rolls through dense, large muscle groups, hamstrings, glutes, the low back, sometimes the neck, with steady, broad compression that hands alone sometimes cannot match. It gets into the forearms well too, and pairs especially well with facilitated stretching or deep tissue work, opening the muscle right before we ask it to lengthen or release further.

How These Fit In

Layered into your session, never a separate booking.

Every add-on here gets folded into your Essential Reset, Holistic Balance, or Ultimate Renewal session, decided together once we know what your body needs that day.

Suction & Release

Cupping

Cupping uses gentle suction to pull fluid toward the surface, which can help an area that has not fully responded to trigger point work. It is genuinely relaxing for a lot of clients, but it is not for everyone, and it can leave temporary marks. I typically introduce it after your first couple of sessions, once we know each other, and we can always start with a small test area to see how you respond.

Not right for you if: you bruise easily, or you have a clotting or cardiovascular condition. Tell me about your health history and we will decide together if it makes sense to try.

Percussion & Petrissage

Massage Gun & Percussion

Percussive therapy from the massage gun is worked into the end of most sessions, depending on how you feel about the vibration, alongside petrissage, the hand technique of rhythmic kneading and light tapping that brings blood flow and helps you fully relax before you get up. It is included in your session at no extra charge, and also bookable on its own as a focused half hour, a good option if you are modest or new to massage.

For Stubborn Areas

Scraping

Scraping is a friction technique I use on genuinely stubborn areas, between the shoulder blades, along the IT band or side of the hip, the low back, and sometimes the forearms. It suits clients who already have some massage experience, and it is included as part of your session at no additional charge, never billed separately. We will always check that it is right for you first.

How we decide what to add

None of this is decided in advance. During your intake we talk through what is bothering you and what session you have booked, and I will suggest whichever of these actually helps that day. If something is not right for you, medically or just not your thing, we skip it, no hard sell.
